White Meursault has a very heady bouquet, and typically display aromas of dry or bitter dry almonds, leaves, hot bread crusts and apples.
They are full-bodied on the palate with a smoothness that borders on creaminess.
The finish is very long-lasting.

Located in Meloisey, a small village in the Côte de Beaune, a few kilometres east of Pommard.
Domaine Mazilly has been a family-run operation for 4 generations.
The vineyards cover 18 hectares mainly in the Côte de Beaune, but also in Gevrey Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay and Meursault.
This domain produces delectable, fruity, well-oaked red wines, and, rich, fat white wines which are balanced and structured on the palate.

Clay and limestone.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and vinified traditionally.
The whites are fermented in oak barrels, with lees stirring.
The wines are aged in oak barrels in a vaulted cellar for between 10 and 12 months.
They are then bottled at the property and stored for several months before being released on the market.
