It is straightforward, dense and complex on the palate, with candied overtones and a delicious, mouth-watering finish.

The Estate is located in the heart of Burgundy in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits a few kilometres from Nuits-Saint-Georges.
The grape variety is mainly made up of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a small share of Aligoté on clay-limestone soils typical of the region.
Since 2000 the Estate has been converted to organic farming.
Vinification:
Traditional vinification with punching down of the cap (pigeage) twice a day during fermentation which lasts 12-14 days.
The wine then goes into vat for one year, where it will carry out its malo-lactic fermentation, before being aged for 12 months in barrel.
