Located in the heart of the famous Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards in the village of Fuissé in Burgundy.

Established in 1926, the estate produces its own wines from terroirs known today as “La Marechaude” or “Les Crays”. 

Today, they are the 4th generation of winemakers to cultivate this passion for wine and very strict in the production of quality wines. 

Our vineyard, divided into more than 35 small plots for a total area of 14 ha, consists of a mosaic of soils offering an exceptional diversity of soils.

The clay-limestone soil on this domain, helps bring out the aromas and fruitiness, floral overtones of the Chardonnay grape variety.

Vinification:

After hand harvested grapes, juices are gently extracted thanks to a pneumatic press.

Vinification in oak barrel, 15% new barrels.

Aging during 10 to 12 month.
