Structured, well-balanced and mineral with a generous and refreshing finish (100% Chardonnay).
Food pairing: Aperitif, starters, fish and shellfish, risoto, blue cheese.
Serving temperature: 9°C-11°C
Tasting notes:
The color is a very light yellow, brilliant, crystalline, pale gold.
On the nose, subtle aromas of fruit (peach, pear) or acacia, honeysuckle, fern develop, on frequent notes of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and sometimes honey.
The exotic fruit appears from time to time, as do citrus fruits (orange peel).
On the palate, a dry and round wine, often mineral (flint, flint), lively in heat from the start.
The acidity and fat then complement each other with a crescendo: a harmonious and fresh structure, round and vinous.
