Crystal clear, pale pink.

The nose is aromatic with exotic and floral notes.

The front of the pallet is fresh followed by fruity notes and a nice roundness in the mid-pallet with a long finish.

 

Grape:

 

70% Grenache Noir, 10% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Muscat petits grains.

 

Wine making:

 

Grapes are crushed and vinified with a low temperature temperature (10°).

Wine is then aged in steel tanks during 5 months.

 

Yield:

 

40 hl/ha under an organic and vegan approach.
