The Roquebrun cellar, created in 1968, is located in the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc, 30 km north of Béziers between the two regional capitals Montpellier and Toulouse.
Its vineyard covers 650 hectares of schist hillsides, in terraces, facing south.
Terroir:
The grape variety consists of the noble grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Roussanne, Viognier and white Grenache.
We produce under the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Saint-Chinian, Languedoc and since 2004, wines in the Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun Appellation, thus concretizing our typicality.
Vinification:
Vinification in carbonic maceration for more than twenty-five days with control of temperatures.
Aging in stainless steel vats in an insulated and air-conditioned cellar.
