Round and supple with nicely-integrated tannins and a long finish.  

 

Food pairing:  Cheese, white meats, charcuterie, grilled vegetables or vegetarian dishes.

Tasting notes:

 

This wine has a beautiful ruby colour.  

The nose immerses us in the "garrigue of Languedoc" as well as dark fruit flavours and spices such as black pepper.

It is a great choice to discover the "Coteaux de Languedoc" from Sommières, a sub-region of Languedoc.

 

Grape:

 

50% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault, 30% Syrah.

 

Wine making: 

 

4 weeks macération and then 100% wine is aged in concrete tanks for 12 months.

 

Yield:

 

40 hl/ha under an organic and vegan approach.
