A cuvée that allies balance, freshness and fruit through which we affirm our expertise in terms of vinification, blending and knowledge of Burgundy’s terroirs.

Tasting notes:
Gorgeous red colour.
The nose is expressive, fresh and crisp with aromas of cherry and redcurrant jelly followed by notes of baked goods (blueberry tart and marzipan).
Remarkably fresh, round start to the palate with good balance.
Lovely structure that boasts good length and very well-integrated subtle nuances of oak and spices (cumin) from the barrel ageing.
This magnificent example of the typicality of Pinot Noir boasts great complexity and freshness.
Terroir:
More than 80% of the grapes for this cuvée come from the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
The remaining wines come from the Couchois area (northwestern Côte Chalonnaise), sought after for their freshness.
The final blend also incorporates some Pinot Noir from the Beaujolais as a complement for the colour and fruit it gives.
Vinification:
Most of the grapes are handpicked and are sorted when they arrive at the winery.
A short period of cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out in order to reinforce the aromas and flavours of fresh fruit.
Half of the cuvée is aged in oak barrels for structure and complexity.
The other half is aged in tanks for freshness and fruit.
The final blend bears our house signature.
