A fruity and mellow blend of Grenache & Merlot with fine and elegant tannins.

Well-structured wine blending red fruits and spices with fine, elegant tannins and a rich palate. 

 

Terroir:

 

What distinguishes the cuvée Fleur de Raisins organic from most other wines produced by conventional agriculture is above all the respect for the land, the plant and the methods of cultivation. 

Hence there is a strict specification for the production of all wine and oenological practices in order to qualify for the label Biological Wine (ORGANIC). 

The soil (Clay-Limestone) is therefore considered a living being whose natural balance must be respected. 

For this purpose, the vine and the soil are preserved from any fertiliser and any phytosanitary treatment that are not of natural origin in order to obtain the healthiest grapes possible.

 

Winemaking:

 

The destemmed and stripped grapes are cooled to 10°C before alcoholic fermentation.

The yeasts transform the sugar into alcohol and also develop an aromatic bouquet during the 18 days of maceration. 

Regular pumping and shedding allow the extraction of aromatic compounds and give more colour.

After the vatting by pneumatic press, it is reared on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
